Description

The measuring unit keeps the rice at a low density and with an even distribution, so the machine produces even softer rice than ever before.

Uses a unique comb method to form the sushi rice into soft balls without cutting or damaging the grains.The LCD touch screen is user-friendly and which is easier to use. The touchscreen will also show detailed information about any errors that occur, allowing the operator to use the machine with confidence.The desired number of rice balls can be preset to produce only the desired amount. Very handy for making Gunkanmaki and small batches of rice balls.
